Maintaining The Right State Of Mind For A Healthy Life
The human mind is the invisible force that controls and affects the physical aspects of the human body. The state of being happy, sad, or angry resides in the mind, and when the mind is down, it can take a toll on the body. A healthy mind could lead to depression which in turn could lead to unhealthy habits like drinking, drug abuse, and unhealthy eating that could lead to obesity. All of these bad habits subsequently degenerate the health of the entire body.
