He denies doing much, but you don’t lose 99 pounds through portion control alone! We think a personal trainer was involved or maybe even a gastric band to help…manage his portions.

This singing icon had to face tons of problems due to his massive calorie intake. While his contemporaries were known for sporting a lean figure, Elvis’s obsession with food transformed his previously attractive physique to an out-of-shape body.
It was rumored that he adopted a sleeping beauty diet to lose excess weight and used to sleep for days so that he could skip eating. Sadly, it was not a great idea and his unconventional food consumption clubbed with other unhealthy habits led him to have multiple issues which eventually resulted in his demise.
