David Beckham’s Fitness Guide Chase Weber Reveals His Workout Routine
Chase Weber might sound a familiar name to you, and that’s because celebrities like David Beckham, Naomi Campbell, Stephanie Shepherd and many more have trained under his guidance. A major reason that A-list stars have been approaching him for fitness advice is the element of focus on mind, body, and soul that he includes in his impactful 3-3-3 technique (power, strength and, stability).
The method includes strength, stability and power-based exercises that consists of three different rounds in sets of three and three times in total.
Among all the clients, David and his 20-year-old son Brooklyn are the ones who have been a constant in the past few years. For the former English footballer, the main importance lies in maintaining strength. As cycling and cardio exercises form a major part of his workout routine, the fitness guru makes sure to give him something that suits best according to his needs.
On the other hand, Chase shares a more friendly relationship with the soccer star’s eldest son whose main focus was on getting in shape when they first started training together. For achieving great results, Chase suggests his clients train 3-4 times a week for building strength, but if someone’s end goal is to get rid of excess weight, he recommends 4-5 days of training. As much as he emphasizes on being regular, he also points out the significance of taking a couple of days off from the gym. “It’s important to give rest to your body and take some time off, but people often tend to ignore that part”, the celebrity fitness expert says.
